How pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on a per-property model. The first property is priced as mentioned plan, and any additional property is charged at a fixed rate. You have the flexibility to add or remove properties at any time.
What is the price for an additional property?
Adding an extra property to any subscription plan is priced at just €19.90 (or the equivalent in your currency), inclusive of all features and extras offered by your plan.
What payment methods are available?
We accept a variety of payment options, including major credit cards, debit cards, and select digital payment platforms.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Absolutely, you have the flexibility to either pause your subscription or permanently delete your account with Roomspilot at your convenience.
What are the discount criteria?
Enjoy a 10% discount on all annual plans. Additionally, managing a substantial portfolio (30+ properties) qualifies you for potential further discounts – contact our sales team for more information.
Is there any additional fees for the direct bookings?
The 'Direct Book' add-on is provided at no extra cost, offering you the opportunity to sell your property's occupancy with a 0% commission rate. Note that this does not include fees charged by payment processors.
